egg*3  ( ~ 150g)

sugar 1 cup (200 ml)  --> I use 160 ml

melted butter 65g

pinch of salt

Rum: 8.75ml--> I use lemon juice 20ml

cake floour* 260g

heavy cream 75ml

Icing: 20 ml lemon juice & 45 g sugar
