Service led  is a trend.

For MNC, they don't want to keep asset and managed by cash flow.

Pure leasing is less attractive. Customers want the total solution including serivce, hw, sw. it can be treated as expense.

For my past experience, leasing company which only provide funding/ cash flow service, it can only attract those SMB customers who really lack cash flow.

For RV player, only captive company can do this.
